FAQ

We suggest people with mental conditions, heart conditions, asthma or any other medical issues to not participate. Please make sure you read our terms & conditions regarding this. 

Our rooms are constructed for a maximum of 6 players. They are linear and sometimes you find yourself in a very small room which makes it not only uncomfortable but also very difficult for all 6 players to participate. 

Yes, you can buy and pay for a gift card at our locations. However please give us a call beforehand to make sure someone is at the location. 

Every scenario has it's own story and level of difficulty. 

Some of our rooms can be played at age 10 others however can only be played at age 14 or 18. Our age suggestion can be found next to each game's description. 

Because we also offer horror-rooms we ask you to always read the game's description and to then decide if it sounds like your kid is at an appropriate age for playing. 

During the game there has to be a responsible adult to watch over the underage players and to take responsibility. 

We suggest that you as the responsible adult decide if your kid is old enough to understand and actively participate in the game.

Teenagers ages 14-17 also have the option of bringing a consent form their legal guardian. 

There is no age limit for adults.

It depends on how many persons you are: 

2 Persons -> 70 €

3 Persons -> 90 € 

4 Persons -> 100 €

5 Persons -> 125 €

6 Persons -> 150

Bei uns, wie sonst überall, gilt die 3-G Regel.

Wenn Sie bei uns spielen möchten, müssen Sie geimpft, getestet oder genesen sein. 

Geimpfte Personen müssen zweimal geimpft sein und die letzte Impfung soll 14 Tage vor dem Termin sein. 

Als Nachweis gilt die App wie Corona Warn App oder Luca.

Genesene Personen müssen einen positiven PCR-Test, der mind. 28 Tage und max. 180 Tage alt ist vorweisen. 

Getestete Personen müssen einen negativen PCR-Test (nicht älter als 48h) oder Antigen-Test (nicht älter als 24h) vorweisen.

Of course not! Whoever wants to or has to leave the room can do so at any time. We can also see you through our surveillance cameras – to make sure everything goes as planned and to support you. Of course it is only a live-broadcast and we do not record you. 

Although at the time our rooms were built, the wheelchair had not yet been invented, we can offer you barrier-free Escape Games. Please contact us in advance by phone or e-mail, as we have to prepare the rooms accordingly.

We can't make any adjustments if you payed beforehand. Unless you let us know 48 hours ahead. That way we can reimburse you for the difference. 

Please arrive at the location approximately 15 minutes prior to the game. If for example you have an appointment at 5 p.m. Please be there 4.45 p.m. Introduction, locking away your personal belongings, using the restroom, etc. that takes quite a while. So please be there 15 minutes prior to the game! 

Please only attend your game completely sober! Who doesn't manage to do so can't participate.

In our locations you can buy non-alcoholic drinks. Unfortunately, the consumption of food in our rooms and waiting areas is not approved.

Please don't. Cellphone radiation can cause disturbances in our rooms. You can leave your cellphones in our lockers and take photos afterwards.

Neither. You need to have a clear mind, an ability to combine, team spirit and aptness.

Well that's too bad...  or maybe you missed something??? But of course we won't leave you alone throughout the game. We will be there to help you with clues.

The rationale of an Escape Game is pretty simple – up to 6 players have 60 minutes to solve riddles or to escape the room. Prior to the game you will get a short introduction and will be put into the mood of your scenario. And then the game begins... by combining items/ objects and clues you will be able to reach the end of the game and escape the room! Only those who combine correctly will make it out.

If the game is booked again right after your appointment we have to subtract that time from your actual playing time. 

• All rooms are built with a ventilating system
• We desinfect all items and surfaces after the game
• If you want, you can get gloves for single use
• Because of different booking times, tow groups can't meet each other outside the escape room

Definitely no! Come in whatever you feel comfortable in. Morphsuits or masks might be a bit impractical – sometimes you need a clear view. 

You have the option of canceling 48 hours ahead online, by giving us a quick call or sending an E-Mail in case you won't be able to make it. Only if this happens 48 hours before we will be able to reimburse you.

No, you can not. But before or after the game you have the option of purchasing non-alcoholic beverages at our location.
